2. Custom Orders

All custom jewelry pieces are made to order based on your specifications. Once production begins:

• • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
• • Design approval is required before production begins
• • Production time varies by complexity (typically 4-8 weeks)
• • You will receive updates throughout the creation process

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms include:

• • 50% deposit required to begin custom work
• • Final payment due before shipping
• • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• • Prices do not include shipping or applicable taxes

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using insured, tracked delivery services. Delivery times vary by location. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in your country. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our work:

• • Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged
• • We offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery
• • Defects in materials or workmanship are covered under warranty
• • Contact us within 7 days of receipt to report any issues

6. Warranty

All For Edith jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, improper care, or modifications by third parties.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of For Edith and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

For Edith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
